Allied Commercial delivers high-quality construction and maintenance solutions built on integrity, technical expertise, and strong safety leadership. We take the time to understand each project's unique challenges, enabling practical, cost-effective solutions tailored to specific site and stakeholder requirements.

By combining experienced in-house teams with carefully selected specialist subcontractors, we maintain full oversight from initial pricing and methodology planning through to execution and handover.

More about Allied

Multi-Trade Coordination

Unlike specialists who focus on a single discipline, Allied covers Construction, Facades, Roofing, and Height Safety under one contract, eliminating the coordination overhead of engaging separate contractors for each trade.

National Reach

With permanent teams in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth, we deploy skilled tradespeople wherever they are needed. Our mobile workforce ensures consistency across projects regardless of location.

Safety Leadership

Every project is governed by a dedicated WHS management plan with engineered fall protection, exclusion zones, and continuous site supervision. Zero incidents is the only acceptable target.

Technical Capability

From rope access and EWPs to LiDAR scanning and facade monitoring sensors, we invest in the equipment and technology needed to solve problems others walk away from.

Commercial building services in Australia

One contractor for repair, remediation and compliance

Commercial buildings fail in predictable ways: concrete spalls, sealant joints reach the end of their service life, roofs leak where drainage was undersized, and height safety systems lapse between certifications. Allied Commercial exists to fix all of it under one contract. From offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth, our crews deliver construction and remediation, facade services, commercial roofing and height safety across 17 Australian cities.

Concrete remediation and commercial repairs

Concrete cancer does not stop at the patch you can see. Our remediation crews break out drummy concrete, treat corroded reinforcement, and reinstate to AS 3600 and EN 1504 specifications with engineering sign-off where certification is required. For everything between major projects, the commercial repairs team handles planned maintenance and reactive works for portfolios from a single phone call.

Facade repairs, glazing and audits

Facade work is access work. Allied self-performs rope access, which means facade repairs, commercial glazing replacement and high-rise window cleaning proceed without the cost and street disruption of scaffolding on most buildings. Where owners need a documented starting point, a facade audit maps every defect with severity ratings and budget pricing, turning engineer findings into a works programme a committee or board can approve.

Commercial roofing that ends the leak cycle

Most recurring leaks are drainage and detail failures, not holes. Our leak detection service uses thermal imaging and controlled water testing to find the true entry point before any repair is priced. When roofs reach end of life, re-roofing crews replace them with Colorbond and Zincalume systems installed to AS 1562.1, staged so warehouses, retail centres and offices keep operating underneath.

Height safety, certified and documented

Every trade above two storeys depends on compliant anchorage. Allied designs, installs and certifies anchor points, static lines, walkways and guardrails, and our ATA Certified technicians inspect and recertify systems to AS/NZS 1891.4:2025 and AS 5532:2025 with digital records. Sector-specific delivery for strata, commercial property, retail, industrial and government clients is documented in our field methodology and standards reference.

FAQ

Common questions

Which cities does Allied service?

Offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth with national mobilisation across 17 major cities. See our locations page for city-specific service detail and mobilisation times.

How do I book a site inspection?

Call 1300 730 424, use the contact form at alliedco.com.au/contact, or book online through our enquiry form. We offer no-cost site inspections for most commercial scopes.

How often must height safety systems be inspected in Australia?

Under AS/NZS 1891.4:2025, permanently installed fall-arrest systems require inspection by a competent person at intervals not exceeding 12 months. In Queensland, cable-based systems typically require six-monthly inspection under the state code of practice. South Australia also mandates six-monthly checks for certain prescribed equipment. Allied tracks state rules per building so certificates do not lapse.

What does ATA Certified mean for height safety work?

ATA Certified is an industry competency programme from Anchor Testing Australia, not an RTO qualification. Allied holds ATA Installer, ATA Tester, and ATA Height Safety tiers. Technicians have passed assessments on anchor methodology, inspection criteria, and standards-compliant reporting. Credentials can be verified at anchortesting.au/certified/certificate.

Do you inspect systems installed by other companies?

Yes. Allied inspects and certifies all brands and system types. We assess against AS/NZS 1891.4:2025, AS 5532:2025, and AS 1657. Design non-compliances are documented separately from maintenance defects.

What happens when an anchor fails inspection?

The item is red-tagged and taken out of service immediately. We provide photography, defect description, risk assessment, and a rectification quote within 48 hours. After repair, the item is re-inspected and re-certified.
