Operating within a live commercial precinct, the project demanded detailed coordination with local authorities, neighbouring properties, and traffic management providers. Material handling was executed via crane lifts during approved time windows, with deliveries programmed to accommodate restricted access and minimise impacts on surrounding streets and pedestrian pathways. The existing roofing system was systematically removed, with all waste managed in accordance with environmental compliance standards. Prior to installation of the new roofing system, a comprehensive structural assessment of the roof substrate was undertaken to verify integrity and identify any required remedial works.
