How we deliver

Last updated 2026-06-01

Allied Commercial delivers construction, facade, roofing, and height safety work through a single project methodology: inspect first, engineer where required, execute with documented safety controls, and hand over with compliance records.

For height safety, our process aligns with AS/NZS 1891.4:2025 and ATA Certified competency requirements. Field teams hold ATA Installer, Tester, and Height Safety credentials verified through Anchor Testing Australia.

01

Enquiry and scope

We capture building type, access requirements, existing certificates, and urgency. Portfolio clients receive consolidated scheduling across sites.

02

Site inspection

A no-cost site visit confirms roof condition, existing height safety layout, facade defects, or roofing scope. For height safety, we review anchor registers and prior certificates where available.

03

Engineering and specification

Non-compliant or new systems receive engineered layouts: anchor positions, static line runs, guardrail specs, and fixing methods appropriate to substrate. Construction remediation scopes reference applicable Australian Standards.

04

Installation or rectification

ATA Certified technicians install or rectify systems under SWMS for work above 2 m. Anchors are proof-loaded at installation where required. Roof and facade works proceed under integrated fall protection.

05

Inspection and certification

Competent-person inspection per AS/NZS 1891.4:2025. Compliant items receive green tags with expiry dates. Failed items are red-tagged. Digital certificates with GPS-tagged photos are issued within 48 hours.

06

Handover and scheduling

Clients receive layout drawings, user guidance, defect registers, and scheduled re-inspection dates. State-specific intervals (for example QLD six-monthly cables) are entered into our compliance calendar.
