Parchem supplies the Fosroc repair range plus its own Emer-Seal sealant line. Allied uses Parchem systems where project specifications call for Fosroc, and for grouting and joint sealing packages.

How Allied uses it: Fosroc Renderoc repair systems on specification-led remediation, Conbextra grouting for baseplates and structural packing, Emer-Seal joint replacement programmes.

Australian manufacturer (DuluxGroup)

Dulux AcraTex texture and membrane coatings finish most Allied facade remediation projects, and Dulux Protective Coatings cover structural steel encountered during roofing and facade work.

How Allied uses it: Elastomeric facade recoats after render and concrete repair, texture systems for full facade refurbishment, epoxy systems on structural steel.

Mapei repair and waterproofing systems are an alternative specification Allied installs regularly, particularly on strata remediation where Mapei is named by the consulting engineer.

How Allied uses it: Engineer-specified concrete repairs, balcony and planter waterproofing, flexible facade coatings.

Global manufacturer (formerly BASF Construction Chemicals)

The MasterEmaco, MasterFlow and MasterSeal ranges appear on infrastructure-grade specifications. Allied installs these systems on car park, basement and civil remediation packages.

How Allied uses it: Car park deck repairs, precision grouting under machinery and baseplates, silane protection of exposed decks.

Canadian-developed crystalline technology, manufactured in Australia

Xypex crystalline waterproofing treats concrete from within: the crystalline reaction blocks water paths through the capillary structure. Allied uses it on basements, lift pits and water-retaining structures.

How Allied uses it: Negative-side basement waterproofing, lift pit sealing, crystalline repair renders where membranes cannot be applied.

German manufacturer with Australian production

Ardex membranes and repair products cover balcony, podium and wet-area remediation, where failed waterproofing is the root cause of the concrete damage Allied is repairing.

How Allied uses it: Balcony membrane replacement after spalling repair, podium re-waterproofing, epoxy moisture barriers.

Hilti injectable adhesives carry the post-installed reinforcement and anchoring scope inside remediation projects: dowelling new bars into existing structure and anchoring strengthening elements.

How Allied uses it: Post-installed reinforcement dowels, structural anchor installation, fixing strengthening steel to existing concrete.

Ramset ChemSet adhesives are the workhorse anchoring system on smaller remediation scopes and height safety installations where AS 5532 anchor testing follows installation.

How Allied uses it: Chemical anchors for roof anchor points, guardrail posts, and starter bars on small structural repairs.

Bostik sealants cover joint replacement programmes where large quantities of facade and trafficable joints are cut out and resealed.

How Allied uses it: Bulk facade joint replacement, fire-rated joint sealing at penetrations and slab edges.

Vector galvanic anodes address the incipient anode (halo) effect around concrete patch repairs: without them, corrosion often restarts at the edge of a completed repair.

How Allied uses it: Embedded galvanic anodes installed inside patch repairs on chloride-contaminated structures, typically coastal buildings and car parks.
