51 Musgrave Rd

Allied Commercial successfully completed a major structural construction project at 51 Musgrave Road, Coopers Plains. This involved the cut-out and removal of a large section of a concrete pre-cast panel, the installation of structural steel supports, the construction of a concrete ramp, and installation of a fire roller door. The purpose of the project was to adjoin two warehouses for the tenant, which would increase the production and efficiency of the business. Allied Commercial worked closely with the engineering and certification teams prior to the construction commencing. This involved liaising with fire and structural engineers, building tenants, and asset managers to ensure full compliance and minimal operational disruption.
