Project: 320 Adelaide St
Allied Commercial recently completed a height safety design and construct project for Buildcorp. An upgrade to the roof system, required a new approach to accessing the external façade. Allied designed a safe access system that included raptor rails, anchor points and access ladders, all specifically tailored to suit the unique requirements of the building – a level 11 ledge with rope access holes for accessing the lower levels.
Allied provided certifications, a user manual, and a detailed layout design, ensuring that Buildcorp had all the necessary documentation and guidance for the proper use and maintenance of the safe access system.
